2023 PNW O-MOK-SEE Sponsorship form can be found on our "Forms & Series Standings" tab. Interested in sponsoring? Know someone that might be interested in sponsoring? Print the form and get it filled out! Any rider that brings in $500 total in sponsorships will get their O-MOK-SEE entry paid for by SCWGA (stalls and extra curriculars not covered). Anyone is eligible to bring in sponsorships, any company is welcome to sponsor (doesn't have to be horse related!). All sponsors get many shout outs at our show throughout the weekend, lots of advertising at the show and in our yearbook!

STALLS: ALL HORSES ON THE FAIRGROUNDS MUST BE STALLED! PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE COMING BEFORE FRIDAY. EVERYONE MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN SHAVINGS FOR EACH STALL FOR THE WEEKEND & CLEAN YOUR STALL AT THE END OF SUNDAY, A $40 NON-CLEANING FEE WILL BE IN PLACE IF YOUR STALL IS NOT CLEANED.
CAMPING: TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL TO THE FAIRGROUNDS OR AHEAD BY CALLING FAIR OFFICE 360-805-6700. (No tent camping)

Vendor Fees: Fees are based on 10% of the vendor's total sales, per day, up to and not to exceed $50 per day (for example: $100 total sales = $10 fee, $250 = $25, $500-$1,000 = $50). Fees will be rounded to the nearest dollar amount. Vendors are asked to check in at the office and make arrangements to pay vendor fees at the end of the show.
